Welcome to the yum-zone. We used to rinse this recipe as a treat meal all the time. What's so nice about it is the contrast between the full honey and soy flavour and the fresh salad and yoghurt.

Method
Preparation
- Mince the garlic and ginger and mix well with all marinade ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
- Roughly chop the rest of the main ingredients and mix with the marinade mix.
- Leave the marinade mix in fridge for 2 - 24 hours.
Cooking
- Add the marinaded ingredients to a preheated pan to a high heat. Fry until cooked / water has evapourated.
Service
- Serve with rice, salad, and mint yoghurt. Plenty of garnish throughout.
